WABO Recognizes ANAB Accreditation for Special Inspections

ANAB has been recognized as an Acceptable Accrediting Authority by the Washington Association of Building Officials (WABO) to accredit special inspection agencies under the WABO Special Inspection Registration Program.

The program was developed in response to the need for a uniform method of determining the qualifications of special inspection agencies and special inspectors. WABO Special Inspection Agency and Inspection Performance Qualification Standard 1701 establishes uniform qualification and procedures for registration.

ANAB is listed as an Acceptable Accrediting Authority in WABO Standard 1701.
