Course Overview
The new 2026 revision of ISO/IEC 17024 is here, and in this self-paced course certification body staff (scheme owners, quality and compliance managers, and lead assessors) will learn what changed, why those changes were made, and what evidence assessors will expect to see during and after the transition.
Led by Dr. Vijay Krishna (who participated in the ISO revision process), and Dr. Adrienne Cadle (a lead assessor and Working Group 30 member) this course distills expert facilitation into eight focused sessions you can complete on your own time.
This is not an introduction to certification. This course assumes you already understand the fundamentals of ISO/IEC 17024 and are actively operating certification programs. The focus is on the changes between the 2012 and 2026 standards. Specifically, which clauses have moved, changed, tightened, or appeared for the first time in the 2026 standard. More importantly, each change is translated into practical, real-world guidance so you can answer the question that matters most: “What will I need to demonstrate during an assessment?”
