How to Prepare for ANAB Conference for Food Protection Accreditation
The first step in becoming an ANAB-accredited certification body under the Conference for Food Protection Standard for Accreditation of Food Protection Manager Certification Programs is to become familiar with the requirements of the CFP Standard, ANAB requirement documents and other ANAB documents.
Participating in ANAB training is an optional method to familiarize yourself with the requirements. Many organizations new to accreditation have found the training an efficient and valuable way to become more familiar with the requirements.
