Accreditation:
Empowering Tomorrow and Shaping the Future
On Sunday, June 9, the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) will join accreditation organizations worldwide to recognize World Accreditation Day (WAD) 2024. Established by the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) and the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperative (ILAC), WAD highlights the important role of accreditation around the globe.
This year’s theme, “Accreditation: Empowering Tomorrow and Shaping the Future,” focuses on the role accreditation and accredited conformity assessment can play in our ever-changing world.
IAF and ILAC have released several resources highlighting WAD 2024, including a video and a brochure.
