This short overview course focuses on understanding the International Organization for Standardization (or ISO) and the development of ISO standards. A brief overview of the ISO history, mission and structure is presented. Information is also provided regarding standards and how standards are developed. Lastly, this course provides introductory information on a few key quality concepts of continuous improvement and effectiveness that are fundamental to many of the ISO standards. Quizzes throughout the training help measure comprehension.

This training is presented as self-paced, web-based seminar through an online platform, Mindflash. Access information will be provided after we receive the registration payment.
After your payment for the training is processed, you will receive an email message asking for your preferred start date and we will send you access to the training for five calendar days. Once you begin the training, you will be able to open and close the session as often as you like within this timeframe. The training takes approximately four hours to complete. An attendance certificate will be emailed upon completion.
