ANAB Accreditation for Aerospace Quality Management Systems certification is designed and approved for accrediting organizations under the global Aviation, Space and Defense (ASD) industry’s ICOP scheme.

ANAB was the first and is the largest accreditation body, supporting the Industry Controlled Other Party (ICOP) scheme, with the most certification bodies and certifications under management.
ANAB’s leadership with over 20 years of participation alongside ASD personnel in development of the standards and the ICOP scheme, provides ANAB accredited Certification Bodies and their certified customers with the international recognition and access to firsthand knowledge of the ASD industry requirements. ANAB retains personnel and Assessors that have a broad depth of knowledge and experience from ASD organizations to assist in the new and continuing accreditation of Certification Bodies in meeting the exacting requirements of the ICOP scheme.
Benefits of ANAB ICOP Accreditation
- ANAB accredited CBs for ICOP scheme quality management systems will have the ability to use the IAF logo as well as claim recognition by the IAQG including the use of the IAQG logo (as defined by the IAQG).
- ANAB accredited certificates will provide certified organizations with the ability to demonstrate their commitment to a QMS that meets applicable customer and statutory and regulatory requirements for the ASD industry.
