Newly Established Operations Team Enhances the ANAB Mission
The ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) has announced a significant milestone in its history – the formation of a unified operations team of ANAB staff. This strategic move marks a major step forward in enhancing its core mission: to sustain and improve the quality of life through trusted conformity assessment.
“We are thrilled to announce the launch of the new Operations Unit,” said Doug Leonard, Executive Director at ANAB. “This initiative is the culmination of thoughtful discussions and collaboration across the organization. It represents a remarkable opportunity for us to streamline our efforts and focus on continuous improvement of our people, as well as the assessment process.”
The operations team brings together a dedicated group of experienced professionals who previously worked across different departments within ANAB. This realignment will lead to a more cohesive approach to the assessment process with customers and assessors, ensuring consistent and efficient service for all stakeholders.
“We are deeply grateful to the talented staff members who have stepped forward to embrace this challenge,” stated Melissa Kennedy, Director of Operations at ANAB. “Their commitment to excellence is instrumental in realizing the vision of a unified ANAB and operations team.”
Kennedy brings with her an operational leadership team including director Ryan Fischer; senior manager Susan Chycinski; and Managers Dominique Hausch, Amy Chalk, and Caprice Fowler.
The creation of the operations team signifies ANAB’s unwavering dedication to delivering the highest quality accreditation services. This move positions ANAB to better serve its clients and contribute to the various accreditation industries.
