The first step in becoming an ANAB-accredited certification body under the Conference for Food Protection Standard for Accreditation of Food Protection Manager Certification Programs is to become familiar with the requirements of the CFP Standard, ANAB requirement documents and other ANAB documents.
Submit an online application to determine eligibility. The online application will require information about your organization’s certification program and will ask for evidence of an organizational chart, a defined scope of the certification being submitted for accreditation, and a job or practice analysis.
