In this self-paced course, participants will learn the ISO/IEC 17025 requirements that are applicable to laboratory management, as well as the related terms and definitions. Examples will be provided of how laboratory management can apply these requirements as part of their role in the laboratory. The benefits of accreditation and the role of accreditation bodies will be discussed, as well. After completing this course, you should be able to describe the purpose of the ISO/IEC 17025 standard, understand requirements for which laboratory management is responsible, and give examples of how management could apply these requirements.
This training is presented as self-paced, web-based seminar through an online platform, Mindflash. Access information will be provided after we receive the registration payment.
After your payment for the training is processed, you will receive an email message asking for your preferred start date and we will send you access to the training for five calendar days. Once you begin the training, you will be able to open and close the session as often as you like within those five calendar days. The training takes approximately four hours to complete. An attendance certificate will be emailed upon completion.
