Certificate Programs in cannabis are growing in number and relevance to the Cannabis industry. The new Cannabis Certificate Accreditation Program (C-CAP) under the Certificate Accreditation Program (CAP) assesses and recognizes training and education certificate programs within the cannabis/hemp industries.
Accreditation under this program is based on:
ANAB accredits training organizations that assure learning outcomes are met for cannabis training courses, evidenced by certificates. ANAB does not provide the training and certificates to individuals, but accredits the organizations shown below who provide cannabis certificates.
Some states require that cannabis certificate programs adhere to specific statewide Responsible Vendor Training (RVT) requirements. Your RVT program can be accredited as a part of your cannabis certificate program accreditation.
