Southern Research is the first verification body to be accredited under ANAB’s ISO 14034 ETV program, which ANAB introduced in response to the global need for greater accountability regarding environmental management.

ANAB Signs IAAC MLA for Energy MS
ANAB has expanded its recognition by IAAC to include accreditation of ISO/IEC 17021-1 certification bodies for energy management systems based on ISO 50001 and ISO 50003. IAAC facilitates international trade by promoting global acceptance of the certificates and results issued by MLA signatories.

Randy Dougherty and Lori Gillespie of ANAB were nominated to receive 2018 Leadership and Service Awards presented by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). Dougherty will receive the Gerald H. Ritterbusch Conformity Assessment Medal and Gillespie a Meritorious Service Award.
