ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) Accredits Houston Forensic Science Center under New Accreditation Program
The ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) has accredited the Houston Forensic Science Center (HFSC) to Property and Evidence Control Units (AR 3181). ANAB’s Dougherty and Gillespie are ANSI Award Recipients
Randy Dougherty and Lori Gillespie of ANAB were nominated to receive 2018 Leadership and Service Awards presented by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). Dougherty will receive the Gerald H. Ritterbusch Conformity Assessment Medal and Gillespie a Meritorious Service Award.

FSSC 22000 FSMA Addendum Available
The FSSC 22000 Foundation’s FSMA Addendum identifies requirements of the Food Safety Modernization Act Preventive Controls for Human Food rules that aren’t included in the FSSC 22000 requirements. Certified organizations can integrate these requirements in a food safety management system.
